The company has launched a B2b2c strategy to boost the potential of its construction material distribution business in wholesale, along with the introduction of two main platforms: “PROMPT PLUS” and “D PROMPT.” These platforms are part of the ecosystem for wholesale channels, connecting the company’s construction material distribution network from suppliers to end-users, including tradespeople and small contractors, in line with the B2b2c strategy, which is the first of its kind in Thailand.

PROMPT PLUS” is a platform that aggregates a variety of construction material brands, including SCG’s own products and many others, all in one place. Additionally, “PROMPT PLUS” has been designed and developed to provide an efficient online shopping experience, allowing retailers to order products and check their status at any time. Furthermore, “PROMPT PLUS” features a smart Chatbot system that can answer questions and assist in product searches, acting like a personal assistant. Retailers using the platform will also stay updated on news and special promotions, such as special price promotions, Flash Sales, and Cash Back offers through the Chang Family Wallet, along with the ability to accumulate points for rewards through the Chang Family Loyalty Program for construction material retailers.

Currently, PROMPT PLUS has over 9,000 construction material retailers nationwide using the platform, with more than 15,000 product items available, and has achieved total sales of approximately 16 billion baht.
