Members can easily access various services at their fingertips through the MEA Smart Life feature on the RueJai App, providing comprehensive access to services such as displaying electricity bills, checking electricity usage history for the past six months, showing QR codes and barcodes for bill payments, and receiving advance notifications of power outages. Future plans also include continuous development regarding outage notifications and the ability to pay electricity bills directly through the app as a one-stop service. This initiative was kicked off by Ms. Nattawan Thamwilaithawatch, Director of Cybersecurity and Data Governance at MEA, along with Mr. Direk Tayaki, Head of Living Solutions, and Ms. Sudarat Charoenketmongkol, Head of Customer Management and Sustainable Business Development, at the Work Ramkhamhaeng-Ring Road project recently.
