AssetWise has launched the Kave TU project (Kave TU) - a ready-to-move-in campus condominium designed to meet the modern lifestyle needs of the new generation. It welcomes the 30 finalists of Miss Universe Thailand 2021 to experience living in a campus condo under the concept of “Proud To Be You,” while also offering a full range of prizes from AssetWise for the crown holder. This year, there are additional special privileges for the four runners-up, granting them one year of residency.

“During this event, all 30 Miss Universe Thailand 2021 contestants participated in special activities and experienced living fully in the Kave TU project, a ready-to-move-in campus condominium by AssetWise, located opposite Thammasat University, Rangsit Center. Under the concept of 'Proud To Be You,' every design detail has been carefully considered, featuring a striking burgundy building that blends the identity of Thammasat University. The project is equipped with comprehensive common areas and amenities, including a Co-Working Space, Co-Kitchen, a large movie theater, an E-Sport room, a spacious fitness room, a yoga room, and an Olympic-sized swimming pool measuring 100 meters, all on over 5,800 square meters, catering to every lifestyle for the complete happiness of the new generation,” Ms. Wasana stated.

As the main sponsor for the second year, AssetWise is set to award a fully furnished condominium from the “Modiz Sukhumvit 50” project, a new high-rise condominium in a prime location on Sukhumvit 50, which will redefine luxurious living with a view of the Chao Phraya River in the heart of the city, to the winner of Miss Universe Thailand 2021, valued at over 3.7 million baht. Additionally, there will be special residency rights granted to the four runners-up for one year in this project.
