“Dusit Central Park” is moving forward with construction as planned for the large-scale real estate development project valued at 46 billion baht following the signing of the contract appointing “Riththa” as the main construction contractor, responsible for engineering construction and overseeing the construction of all buildings, including the Dusit Thani hotel, residential buildings, office buildings, and a shopping center on a 23-rai site at the corner of Silom and Rama 4 roads, opposite Lumpini Park, the prime location in the heart of Bangkok's business district.
