KE Group, through Sky OS Co., Ltd., has launched a tenant application named “Sky Commercial” to facilitate tenants in four key areas: 1. Streamlining financial transactions for rent and service payments online to enhance convenience, speed, and security. 2. Providing various business services, such as sourcing raw materials for restaurants, marketing services, cleaning services, and soon, insurance services. 3. Ensuring effective communication. 4. Offering repair request services. The app is now available for use at all 11 shopping centers under the Ally Real Estate Investment Trust or ALLY REIT.

Mrs. Suphanavit Iamsakulrat, CEO of KE Group, stated that the “Sky Commercial” platform is the first of its kind in the shopping center and commercial business sector, designed to provide convenience and assistance to tenants, maximizing efficiency by reducing errors and saving energy. This platform represents a new dimension that will facilitate management within various projects. In the future, there are plans to expand the “Sky Commercial” platform to retail projects such as shopping centers, community malls, gas stations with retail shops, office buildings, markets, and many more, with several projects already showing interest.

“We are pleased to be part of the technological advancement that benefits the business sector, especially in facilitating and caring for shop operators, which is a top priority,” Mrs. Suphanavit added.

The main features of the Sky Commercial application will support various services, acting as a 24-hour assistant, including:
1. Rent and service payment: Tenants can view invoices, payment records, and receipts through the application. Sky Commercial will connect to the ERP system, sending monthly invoices for each tenant through the app, allowing for convenient, quick, and accurate payments. Additionally, users can access and save historical files, making it easier for teams to work efficiently.
2. Various business services: Tenants can choose from a range of additional services from Sky Commercial's diverse partners, such as sourcing raw materials for restaurants, marketing services, cleaning, etc., all through the app, providing comprehensive convenience.
3. Communication and news updates: Sky Commercial offers information services to ensure tenants do not miss any important announcements, with notifications through the app that guarantee quick and convenient access to information, news, and announcements from the shopping center, replacing traditional mail or emails. Additionally, tenants can chat in real-time for assistance with the team.
4. Problem reporting: Tenants can report issues or request repairs through the app by submitting a request feature with detailed information. The reported issues will be sent directly to the landlord for prompt resolution, and tenants can track the status of their reported problems at any time through the app.

The Sky Commercial application acts as a 24-hour online advisor and caretaker, accurately relaying tenants' issues and needs to landlords. It also serves as a bridge between landlords and tenants, enhancing their connection. Furthermore, it features a financial management system that can connect with various financial institutions and has a diverse range of partners to help business operators achieve greater convenience and agility. With the launch of Sky Commercial, it is believed that not only will it provide comfort to tenants, but it will also elevate a new dimension of service for landlords that comprehensively covers all aspects of service.
