Max Future Co., Ltd. has provided an update regarding the fire incident at the S Oasis office building, stating that the authorities have successfully brought the fire under control.

The fire broke out in the construction area on the rooftop at approximately 11:30 PM on August 23, 2021. Currently, details of the incident are being gathered. Preliminary assessments by officials indicate that no one was injured in this incident, and there was no significant damage to the building.

The S Oasis office building is part of a new mixed-use project located on Vibhavadi-Rangsit Road, an area with high potential. The project spans approximately 7 rai and is under a long-term lease agreement. Once completed, the building will offer around 54,000 square meters of rental space, divided into office areas and some retail space.
