KE Group's shopping centers are moving forward to assist retailers and restaurant operators by launching two sales channels: delivery and pickup, aimed at facilitating food orders under the campaign "ALLY Caring You," hoping everyone can overcome the crisis together.

Kawin Aiemsakulrat, Managing Director of KE REIT Management Co., Ltd., as the manager of the ALLY REIT trust, revealed that after the Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration confirmed that restaurants in shopping centers and community malls could only offer takeout (delivery), it was made clear that allowing customers to enter would lead to overcrowding and increased risk of disease. Therefore, the shopping centers and community malls under KE Group, managed by ALLY REIT, which includes Crystal Design Center (CDC), The Crystal (Ekkamai-Ramintra, Ratchaphruek, Chaiphruek), Plenary, The Scene, Amorini, Ampar, and Sammakorn Place (Ramkhamhaeng, Ratchaphruek, and Rangsit), have numerous retailers and restaurants within their projects. They are swiftly implementing measures to assist these businesses by increasing purchasing options to facilitate customers who prefer not to leave their homes, all while adhering to strict safety measures under the campaign “ALLY Caring You.” This is in recognition of the difficulties faced by various retailers during the government's stringent measures and understanding the inconveniences for customers.

For safe, fresh, high-quality food delivery at home, the shopping centers have introduced two additional service channels to serve customers:
1. Delivery (Delivery) with designated waiting areas for drivers to reduce congestion and risk, enhancing safety and accuracy of products.
2. Pickup (Pick up) service for scheduled collection and verification at the pickup point before payment to ensure smooth and quick product collection, prioritizing safety with an emphasis on online payment.

For both channels, the shopping centers have strict measures for all staff and store employees, who must undergo screening before starting work each day and are required to wear protective equipment while working. They also have their temperatures checked, must wear masks, and sanitize their hands with alcohol gel each time. At the same time, social distancing must be maintained. Additionally, to ensure the safety of riders, designated waiting areas for food collection have been organized with at least 1 meter of distance, and a management system is in place to prevent gatherings of riders to reduce risks and instill confidence in service users.

Kawin further stated, "KE Group and the ALLY REIT trust operate with public health measures as a core priority, which will instill confidence and assurance in service users. We guarantee that customers will receive safety according to good hygiene standards, and KE Group will do its utmost to support operators during these challenging times, while also encouraging both vendors and riders to work together to overcome this economic crisis."
