Frasers Property Commercial Asset Management (Thailand) Co., Ltd. or FPCAMT, as the Trust Manager of the Golden Venture Real Estate Investment Trust (GVREIT), has announced its performance results for Q3/2021 (April-June 2021) with total revenue of 284.93 million Baht, an increase of 12.11 million Baht or 4.44% year-on-year. The occupancy rates remain excellent, with an average occupancy rate of 97% for the Park Venture Eco-plex project and 94% for the Sathorn Square project.

For the distribution of quarterly returns for Q3 covering the performance period from April 1 to June 30, 2021, GVREIT will distribute returns at a rate of 0.1960 Baht per trust unit, totaling over 159.70 million Baht. The payment is scheduled for September 8, 2021. When combined with the returns from Q1 to Q3 of 2021, the total return amounts to 0.5912 Baht per trust unit.
