GVREIT Holds First Trust Unit Holder Meeting of 2025, Showcasing Strong Performance for Fiscal Year 2024 with an 8.02% Distribution Rate at Par Value
Frasers Property Commercial Asset Management (Thailand) Co., Ltd., or “FPCAMT”, as the manager of the Golden Ventures Real Estate Investment Trust, or “Golden Ventures REIT (GVREIT),” held the first trust unit holder meeting of 2025 via electronic media (E-Meeting) to report on the performance of GVREIT for the fiscal year 2024 (October 1, 2023 – September 30, 2024) for the trust unit holders to acknowledge. The performance results of GVREIT showed total investment income of 1,145.70 million baht and a net investment profit of 709.32 million baht, accounting for 62% of total investment income. Additionally, GVREIT maintained an average occupancy rate of 87% for Sathorn Square and 95% for Park Venture, respectively. The trust was able to distribute benefits to the trust unit holders for the fiscal year 2024 a total of 4 times, amounting to 0.7920 baht per unit, with a distribution rate of 8.02% compared to the par value.
This year, the trust operated according to the established policies and plans, focusing on enhancing the quality of assets (Asset Enhancement Initiatives: AEIs) for both buildings to increase competitiveness in a highly competitive market due to new office supply, as well as adapting to technology and building usage behaviors to provide a better experience for tenants. Marketing activities were conducted throughout the year, resulting in the trust maintaining an average occupancy rate of approximately 89%, which is higher compared to the average market occupancy rate.
