The company is closely monitoring the situation under the initiative "AssetWise Cares for You" to effectively prepare for the care of residents and enhance their peace of mind across all projects. 

“Currently, AssetWise has intensified its response plan to the pandemic by providing proactive COVID-19 testing for residents, condo buyers, and partners in the form of Rapid Antigen Tests conducted by experts to ensure safe living and reduce congestion at testing sites. The quicker the testing, the lower the risk of transmission and the better the treatment outcomes. Additionally, measures are in place to support residents who test positive, including facilitating bed arrangements in hospitals, coordinating with property management, and caring for residents during their quarantine in temporary accommodations while awaiting treatment. Previously, we distributed Care Boxes containing essential items for those in quarantine, which have now been adapted into Home Isolation Boxes. These boxes include basic care items such as medications, Andrographis paniculata, disinfectants, etc., to enable self-care while coordinating for treatment. We also provide special privileges for residents to use Telemedicine through the Health Solution Platform for consultations on other health issues, reducing the risk of traveling to hospitals. 

Moreover, the company has prepared timely communication materials, including updates on the infection situation and other useful information, such as infographics or video clips with recommendations from medical experts on self-care, ensuring residents can quickly and easily access news and basic self-care methods.
