ASW Strong! Showcases Pre-Sales of 2.54 Billion Baht in the First Half of the Year, "KAVE" Brand Hot, Meeting the Needs of the New Generation, Confident in Achieving 20% Growth This Year
Asset Wise Public Company Limited - ASW reported first-half sales reaching 2.54 billion baht, highlighting the popularity of the KAVE brand, which resonates with the new generation. The company has adopted online sales strategies and attractive promotions. CEO Kromchet Wiphanpong stated that they are closely monitoring the COVID-19 situation and are prepared to adapt to any circumstances, confident that this year's revenue will grow by 20% as planned.
Mr. Kromchet Wiphanpong, CEO of Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW), a new-generation property developer, revealed that in the first half of 2021 (January - June 2021), the company accumulated sales of over 2.54 billion baht, with approximately 40% coming from the KAVE brand, which effectively meets the needs of the new generation, the primary target customer group. The company has adapted by implementing online sales strategies and launching incentive campaigns, achieving excellent sales despite facing economic slowdowns due to the pressures of the third wave of COVID-19. However, they are confident that revenue for 2021 will reach 5 billion baht, a 20% increase from last year’s 4.205 billion baht.
Nonetheless, the outlook for the real estate business in the second half of the year requires close monitoring. ASW is preparing to handle all potential situations, creating proactive plans to continuously adapt to COVID-19. In the second half of the year, two projects are set to be completed and ready for ownership transfer: the KAVE TU project, valued at 1.8 billion baht, with over 90% of sales already secured and set to transfer ownership in the third quarter of this year, and the Modiz Sukhumvit 50 project, valued at 2.1 billion baht, which is scheduled for completion in the fourth quarter of this year as planned.
The company continues to move forward with new projects as planned, with a total project value of 9.7 billion baht in the second half of the year, including “Atmoz Bangna” valued at 2.2 billion baht, “KAVE Ava” valued at 2.4 billion baht, “Modiz Rhyme Cloud” valued at 3.7 billion baht, “Modiz Sriracha” valued at 1.3 billion baht, and “Baan Puri Puri Ladprao 41 – Home Office” valued at 87 million baht.

Additionally, the company is continuously seeking opportunities in new businesses, such as providing consumers with options to own homes and condominiums across all projects in the Asset Wise group through cryptocurrency exchanges to baht for purchasing properties. This initiative aims to leverage technology to enhance business and adapt to modern financial innovations swiftly. In June, they also explored various investment and collaboration opportunities to drive growth and consistently deliver good returns to shareholders.
