Confident in Sales Growth Despite COVID-19, and Moves Forward with 'Pimnara' in Srinakarin

Pre-Built has revealed that the 'Pannana' high-end single-family home project in the Phutthamonthon Sai 3 area has seen continuous sales growth despite facing the third wave of COVID-19. The company has recently launched Phase 2 sales as scheduled, with sales exceeding the target, amounting to over 600 million baht. By the end of the year, it is expected to recognize revenue from 'Pannana' and 'Pimnara' totaling 700 million baht.
On May 31, 2021: Mr. Wiroj Jaroentra, Managing Director of Pre-Built Public Company Limited,
(PRE-BUILT) disclosed that the 'Pannana' project in Phutthamonthon Sai 3, developed by Pre-Built Development, has received excellent feedback from customers since its launch. The company has now started selling Phase 2 as planned, receiving continuous interest and positive responses from customers. Currently, over half of the project has been sold, amounting to over 600 million baht out of a total project value of 1.25 billion baht. Several customers have already transferred ownership and moved in, and throughout this year, the 'Pannana' project will continue to transfer homes to customers, with expected revenue recognition exceeding 600 million baht. Additionally, the company is preparing to launch a new project, 'Pimnara,' located on Srinakarin Road, which is also fully funded by the company. It is anticipated that both projects will generate total revenue of over 700 million baht.
“Although the COVID-19 virus has been affecting the real estate business since early 2020 and continues into the third wave, the 'Pannana' single-family home project has been able to generate continuous sales. Recently, the company opened a sample house for interested customers to experience living in it for one day, which greatly impressed customers and positively influenced their home-buying decisions,” Mr. Wiroj stated.
Mr. Wiroj further stated that Pre-Built, the parent company of Pre-Built Development, has extensive expertise in high-end construction and has been behind the success of many leading real estate projects. The company expects to launch the presale of the 'Pimnara' project by the end of June 2021 and will allow customers to view the sample houses around July this year. Currently, the 'Pimnara' project is progressing satisfactorily and according to the company's planned schedule.
