Prebuilt Announces Launch of 2 New Projects Early Q3 This Year, Building on Success After 'Pannana Phutthamonthon Sai 3' Sold Out, Moving Forward to Acquire Land for 2 More Single-Detached House Projects in Taveewattana-Salaya Area
Prebuilt is set to build on its success with the launch of 2 new projects: 'Pimnara Thammasat Rangsit', a two-story single-detached house, and 'Pre Village Thammasat Rangsit', a two-story townhouse, in a prime location in the Rangsit-Khlong Luang area, adjacent to the Chiang Rak Expressway and near Thammasat University Rangsit, at the beginning of Q3 this year. This follows the overwhelming customer response to the two previous single-detached house projects, 'Pimnara-Pannana', particularly 'Pannana Phutthamonthon Sai 3', which sold out faster than planned. The company is currently in the process of acquiring land for two more single-detached house projects in Taveewattana-Salaya.
Mr. Wiroj Jaroentra, Managing Director of Prebuilt Public Company Limited (PREB), revealed that at the beginning of Q3 this year, the company plans to launch two new projects in the prime Rangsit-Khlong Luang area. These include the 'Pimnara Thammasat Rangsit' project, featuring 117 units of two-story single-detached houses priced between 5.69 and 7 million baht, and the 'Pre Village Thammasat Rangsit' project, consisting of 250 units of two-story townhouses priced between 2.6 and 3 million baht. The focus is on a suitable number of units for the community to ensure privacy for residents, with plans to open sales to customers at the beginning of Q3 this year.
Both projects are located near various important places and amenities, including educational institutions such as Thammasat University Rangsit, Bangkok University, and Talad Thai, among others. The area offers multiple access routes, including Phaholyothin Road, Chiang Rak Expressway, and Khlong Luang, connecting to the Kanchanaphisek Ring Road, providing excellent convenience for residents.
The launch of these two new single-detached house projects marks a continuation of the success of the previous two projects, 'Pannana Phutthamonthon Sai 3' and 'Pimnara Srinakarin-Bangna', which were launched earlier and received an overwhelming response from customers. This success is attributed to the convenient location, the concept of the house designs, the quality that meets customer needs, and the trust customers have in the company.
In particular, the 'Pannana Phutthamonthon Sai 3' project, a high-end single-detached house, was launched in June 2020 and is the company's first self-invested real estate development project. Currently, over 70% of sales and ownership transfers have been completed. This success is due to the design and concept of the houses, as well as the functionality that meets customer needs, along with the project's location near various amenities such as educational institutions and community malls. Additionally, the convenient access to new connecting roads, including Phra Nakhon Phutthamonthon Sai 4, which connects to Charansanitwong Road at the Phai Chai intersection, Ratchaphruek Road, Kanchanaphisek Ring Road, and Phutthamonthon Sai 1-4, has allowed the project to sell out faster than planned.
The 'Pimnara Srinakarin-Bangna' project, featuring single-detached houses priced between 6.7 and 8 million baht, targets middle-income customers. Currently, over 50% of the phase that has been opened for sale has been sold, and ownership transfers have already taken place for some units. This success stems from the unique and innovative house designs, along with the project's concept that resonates with the target customer group, combined with functional designs that meet their needs. The project's location is also key, being close to important places and various amenities, including educational institutions and community malls, with multiple access routes via Srinakarin Road, King Kaew, and Bangna-Trad, Theparak.
Mr. Wiroj further stated that the company also plans to acquire land for development in two more locations. The first piece of land is located in the Taveewattana area, intended for single-detached houses sized 100 square wah and above, priced between 15 and 20 million baht, surrounded by amenities and close to Bangkok Thonburi University, Mahidol University, and Central Salaya, near the connecting point of Phra Nakhon-Putthamonthon Sai 4 Road and Borommaratchachonnani Road. The second piece of land is located in the Salaya area, intended for single-detached houses sized 50 to 70 square wah and above, priced between 5.5 and 7 million baht, close to Mahidol University and Central Salaya, with convenient access via Borommaratchachonnani Road and Kanchanaphisek Road, along with connections to the Si Rat Expressway.
Looking ahead, the company plans to develop real estate projects across all segments, including townhouses, single-detached houses, duplex houses, and home offices. With the success and various plans in place, the company is confident in its ability to continue growing and achieving its set goals.
