Lumpini Property Management, or LPP, has officially changed its name to LP Property Management Co., Ltd. to enhance brand clarity for LPP as a leader in comprehensive property management.

Ms. Somsri Techakraisri, Managing Director of LP Property Management Co., Ltd. (LPP), a community management company under LP.N Development Public Company Limited (LPN), revealed that the company has now rebranded as “LP Property Management Co., Ltd.” while retaining the abbreviation “LPP” to clarify its brand identity as a leader in integrated property service management.

At the same time, the company plans to expand its property management services to cover all types of real estate, including residential buildings, offices, commercial properties, security services, and cleaning services. The company specializes in project management aimed at enhancing the value of post-delivery services from developers to buyers, ensuring comfortable living and adding long-term value to properties for both residential and investment purposes.

“In addition to managing residential buildings, offices, and commercial properties, which includes overseeing common property and shared spaces, LPP excels in enhancing the quality of life for residents of all ages, allowing them to coexist in a high-quality living environment. LPP also provides asset management services for rental properties, including tenant and buyer sourcing, ensuring quality tenant screening for safe community living, large-scale office building management (Facility Management), and specialized engineering services that require specific skills and expertise, from maintenance system control to the repair and improvement of condominium systems,” Ms. Somsri stated.

Currently, LPP manages over 200 projects, including residential condominiums, office buildings, and commercial properties, covering more than 10 million square meters and comprising over 150,000 units in Bangkok and its vicinity. The total revenue at the end of 2020 was 750 million baht, with a growth target of at least 20% per year.
