This year, to celebrate its 60th anniversary, Seacon has launched Seacon ID, a service company for custom home design and construction for clients who want a home tailored to their style. "We have recognized the diverse needs of our clients, with over 20% of those who consult us wanting their own home designs, accounting for over 200 million baht in revenue. Therefore, we established Seacon ID to meet this demand and support growth in this area, whether it’s just design or building from existing plans, or providing a complete service that includes both design and construction. Seacon ID can deliver exactly what clients want," Mr. Manu elaborated.

Seacon ID offers design and construction services for all types of homes across various segments, including single-family homes, project homes, home offices, apartments, etc., with a minimum usable area of 350 square meters. Additionally, Seacon is continually seeking new construction material innovations to enhance construction quality for its clients. Regarding last year's performance, Mr. Manu said, "The lockdown had some impact, but we leveraged digital marketing to compensate for the lost exhibition, roadshow, and event opportunities. Throughout 2020, we achieved bookings of 1.3 billion baht, which was about 10% below our target. However, we are confident that the home construction market will continue to grow, especially for larger homes priced at 5 million baht and above. We expect this to be the market trend for home construction this year as well."

For clients looking to build homes but concerned about COVID-19, Seacon has implemented the Seacon Care measures in accordance with the standards set by the CCSA. This includes QR code scanning points for registration in the Thai Chana application at all sales offices, exhibitions, roadshows, and construction sites, body temperature checks, provision of hand sanitizer, hourly cleaning of contact points, and regular disinfection.
