Bangkok, March 17, 2021
Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) Co., Ltd. or “FPIT,” a leading developer of modern industrial real estate projects in Thailand under Frasers Property Thailand Public Company Limited or “FPT,” is preparing to construct a new Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) tailored to the needs of Thai Beverage Logistics Co., Ltd. (“TBL”), a logistics management company under Thai Beverage Public Company Limited (“Thai Beverage”). This long-term 10-year lease signifies a trust in a long-term partnership with FPIT as a strategic partner providing comprehensive solutions for leading industrial businesses in Thailand.

Mr. Sopon Rajraksa, CEO of Frasers Property Industrial (Thailand) stated, “We are pleased that Thai Beverage Logistics has placed their trust and confidence in FPIT as a key strategic partner to develop a highly efficient distribution center designed to meet TBL's needs based on sustainable development. We pay attention to every detail to understand our clients' business needs while analyzing future business expansion opportunities to guide the warehouse design for maximum storage capacity, as well as enhancing product management efficiency, human resource management, and cost management effectively, responding to TBL's fast-moving operations while ensuring excellent inventory quality control.”

Following last year, FPIT delivered over 100,000 square meters of custom-built distribution centers in the Bang Phli area, including temperature-controlled warehouses for Havi Logistics Thailand and warehouses supporting the growth of retail markets for leading retail brands in the Omnichannel concept. FPIT continues to leverage its expertise in warehouse design under the concept of ‘Human-Centric Architecture’ in designing this new warehouse for TBL, focusing on creating a conducive working environment and high safety standards for TBL employees.
The warehouse building features an open height of up to 12 meters throughout the building to support vertical storage systems, with a floor load capacity of up to 5 tons per square meter, as well as separate battery charging rooms for forklifts to enhance workplace safety. The design includes large canopies at the loading bay for increased flexibility in loading and unloading goods, accommodating both rear and side loading trucks in line with Thai Beverage's transportation methods. Additionally, FPIT has applied experience and technology to improve the ventilation system, ensuring good air circulation within the warehouse, and the design of translucent siding allows natural light and airflow, ensuring that TBL employees work in a healthy environment.
This regional distribution center is being constructed on over 40 rai within the Frasers Property Logistics Park (Wang Noi 2), recognized as a strategic area for distributing consumer goods, food, beverages, and leading modern trade businesses due to its convenient transportation links connecting two main highways: Highway No. 1 and 9. Once the Bang Pa-In-Nakhon Ratchasima expressway is completed in 2021, it will further enhance the Wang Noi area as the best logistics hub in the country and a primary distribution center for the ASEAN region.
