The wait is over with the project “The Forestias”, the largest real estate project in Thailand, valued at over 125 billion baht. It will be the world's first city designed in every aspect for a healthier and happier lifestyle.

         Spanning over 398 rai on Bangna-Trad Road, km 7, the project “The Forestias” will transform into a complete forest city in three years, offering comprehensive living solutions with a vision to create the world's first city where every dimension is specifically designed by MQDC.

 

         “Forest Pavilion”” is a learning center showcasing the vision and concepts of “The Forestias” through an immersive experience designed by world-class experience designers. MQDC has invested over 1.4 billion baht in this significant highlight of the project. The TerraBKK team had the opportunity to visit as one of the first groups and can say that the experience inside is fascinating, instantly making one feel the desire to live in this project.

"The “Forest Pavilion” has a usable area of 6,500 square meters, utilizing a collaborative team with world-class partners in various fields, such as Foster + Partners Thailand, a global architectural firm headquartered in the UK, which designed the Forest Pavilion.

This includes ITEC Entertainment from the USA, who designed entertainment experiences for Disneyland, DisneySea, and Universal Studios, creating the experiences and recreation within the project, VAVE Studio from Germany, which designed the exhibition experience and story creator for each room, and BUG Studio, a well-known Thai company, which designed multidisciplinary experiences to present unprecedented experiences.

        Inside the “Forest Pavilion”, there will be staff to guide and narrate throughout the journey, including check-in points, an exhibition room called “Chamber of Secret” presenting the project's vision through animated films created by DEC Media on The Wall, which features the world's most advanced technology today, an exhibition room allowing visitors to experience nature through the perspectives of birds, dragonflies, and butterflies in the project via a 3D system, along with experiencing scents at different times, and an exhibition room showcasing the habitats of various animals in the natural forest of The Forestias.

The immersive experience for visitors through various exhibition rooms connects to a room showcasing the living styles in The Forestias through a VDO presentation, linking the feeling of livability within this project, surrounded by natural forests while fostering a community that connects the living of children, young working adults, seniors, and pets that can coexist within this project.

        “Over 30 rai of forest” is another selling point of The Forestias project that brings nature back to the community and urban areas, based on the belief that being close to the diverse wonders of nature is a key factor in promoting health and happiness for people. This includes planting various species of trees, as well as developing the area to resemble a large forest, featuring waterfalls,

a 1.6-kilometer elevated walkway to create a journey connecting different areas of the project, allowing residents to access and immerse themselves in various elements of the project. In the future, once construction is completed, it will be a pedestrian walkway amidst lush nature, stretching over the forest located in the heart of the project.

          The Forestias project consists of various residential projects, such as the “Whizdom” brand condominiums, “Mulberry Grove” brand condominiums, “Mulberry Grove Villa” residences,

          “The Aspen Tree” residences for senior living, and a large medical and health center equipped with the most modern facilities and tools to support residents in the “The Aspen Tree” senior living project, specifically designed for seniors to live safely and comfortably, along with specialized facilities for daily activities, a clubhouse, and well-trained caregivers.

          The “Six Senses” residences and “Six Senses” hotel are also part of the project. Additionally, there will be business areas for offices, a sports complex, lifestyle activities, retail shops, restaurants, and beverage outlets, as well as a family center for creative family activities and a town center for community and cultural activities, including a theater, event hall, and market.
