Following a successful financial year in 2020, with revenue recognition exceeding 2,000 million baht and a growth of 200%, it is anticipated that by the end of this year, total sales will grow to 1,800 million baht. The real estate market in 2021 is expected to recover positively, especially with the progress on COVID-19 vaccines, which will boost the global economy and investor confidence.

The success in 2020 stemmed from a clear positioning strategy from the outset, focusing on developing projects within the Lifestyle Investment category, emphasizing real estate for investment and income from hotel management. Particularly in Pattaya, the company has achieved satisfactory revenue, as its products align with the concept of Vacation Homes, catering to the trend of short-distance travel from Bangkok.

Locations will continue to focus on Bangkok and Pattaya, where Pattaya benefits from support factors from nearby tourism and infrastructure investments to enhance the city’s tourism. In the Lifestyle Investment segment in Pattaya, we have sold out all units. Currently, the Ramada Mira North Pattaya project has sold over 80% and more new projects are expected in the future.
