They are developing real estate business with their first detached house project through their subsidiary ‘IS AM ARE’ (E-SAM-AR), launching the brand ‘ Pannana ’ targeting high-potential locations on Phutthamonthon Sai 3 Road with a total project value of 1.25 billion baht. Currently, they have achieved over 80% sales in the launched phase, amounting to over 300 million baht in sales.

Mr. Wiroj Jaroentra, Managing Director of Pre-Built Public Company Limited (PRE-BUILT), revealed that for over 28 years, Pre-Built has been engaged in construction for leading real estate industries in Thailand, allowing us to see that the luxury detached house market, priced from 15 million baht and above, has been continuously growing over the past five years. This price range tends to be less affected by economic fluctuations compared to other segments, as buyers are looking for detached houses that meet the lifestyle needs of all family members and are seeking locations that will appreciate in value in the future. This is evident from our ability to achieve over 80% sales in the launched phase within just six months.
