TREES assessment criteria can be categorized into Platinum, Gold, Silver, and Certified levels, with Gold being an excellent standard for condominium buildings. The Platinum level is only considered for office buildings. The Thai Green Building Institute has established the TREES criteria to guide the construction industry in designing and building architecture that prioritizes the environment, enhances well-being, and improves building performance.

Buildings or projects adhering to these guidelines will reduce energy consumption, minimize environmental impact, and decrease pollution, thereby enhancing the quality of life for residents.
