       Mr. Niyut Masawisut, Managing Director of the Sukhumvit Asset Management Company Limited (SAM), announced that to alleviate the financial burden on customers during the COVID-19 crisis, SAM has selected 40 NPA properties valued at approximately 1 billion baht to reduce prices and auction them in two special rounds on Friday, May 22 and 29, 2020. Additionally, various special promotions will be offered to auction participants, including free transfer fees of 1-2% and gift vouchers worth up to 50,000 baht. This initiative aims to help customers looking to purchase real estate for both living and investment purposes acquire properties they desire at lower prices, allowing them to retain cash for expenses during the COVID-19 situation.

A luxury mansion in the Grand Canal Don Mueang project, Bangkok, with an area of 1 rai 68 square wah, located near the red line skytrain and Don Mueang Airport, has a special price reduction from 19.29 million baht to only 17.29 million baht.

A luxury house in The City Pinklao project, Bangkok, with an area of 1 rai, situated in a prime residential area of Phutthamonthon Sai 2, adjacent to Borommaratchachonnani Road, has a special price reduction from 8.59 million baht to only 7.29 million baht.
