Mrs. Wipharat Chaiyanukij, Deputy Permanent Secretary of Bangkok, along with Mr. Wongkorn Prasithwipat, Managing Director of Property Perfect Public Company Limited, Mr. Witthawat Wipakul, Chief Executive Officer of Grand Asset Hotels and Property Public Company Limited, and executives from hotels in the group, including The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit, and Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel, participated in distributing food and drinks as part of the project 'Sharing Kindness, We Won't Abandon Each Other'. This initiative was organized by the company's management and staff to provide assistance to those affected by unemployment and loss of income due to the COVID-19 pandemic, recognizing the importance of giving back to the community.

The three five-star hotels in the group, namely The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit, and Royal Orchid Sheraton, are responsible for preparing meal boxes to be donated to Bangkok for distribution to affected citizens over a period of 30 days, from May 1 to May 30. The meals, prepared by chefs from all three hotels, emphasize nutritional value and include a variety of dishes such as black pepper fish rice, teriyaki chicken with sweet egg roll rice, and fried rice with grilled chicken sausage.
