Thammasat University's Faculty of Architecture and Planning is accepting applications for the Master's degree in Real Estate for the academic year 2020
The Master of Science program in Innovative Real Estate Development (MIRED) at the Faculty of Architecture and Planning, Thammasat University, is now open for applications for the academic year 2020 (classes will commence around August 2020).
The Master of Science program in Innovative Real Estate Development or MIRED is an interdisciplinary program focusing on real estate management, including marketing, project feasibility studies, law, finance and funding sources, property management, and the development of both horizontal and vertical projects, as well as innovations in real estate. The courses are taught by specialized faculty members, all of whom hold doctoral degrees and have relevant experience.

The program is designed for working professionals, with classes held only on Saturdays at the Rangsit campus. For the academic year 2020, individuals with at least 5 years of experience in real estate who are interested in enrolling can participate in the MIRED Smart Leader program, which exempts applicants from the written exam.
