The Professional Real Estate Broker Training Course (Professional Real Estate Broker of Thailand) is organized by The Thai Real Estate Brokers Association in collaboration with Kasem Bundit University.
Participants can register for the broker license exam with the association.
Duration: 3 days of training.
From Friday, September 11 to Sunday, September 13, 2020, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The Thai Real Estate Brokers Association provides services in all types of real estate, focusing on developing and enhancing the knowledge and skills of brokers to become professionals, as well as modernizing and comprehensively improving marketing service standards to effectively meet customer service needs, considering the best interests of buyers, sellers, and brokers, and supporting overall liquidity in the real estate market.
Objectives:
– To foster a positive attitude among participants, helping them understand and recognize the ethics of working collaboratively with peers in the real estate business.
– To ensure participants understand the scope and procedures of real estate brokerage work.
– To enhance knowledge, skills, and experience in real estate brokerage in a professional and correct manner.
– To elevate the knowledge standards in the real estate brokerage profession to a professional level in business.

Introduction to Real Estate Brokerage (2 hours)
Understanding the Professional Broker Standards of the Professional Qualification Institute (1.30 hours)
Knowledge of Anti-Money Laundering Laws under Section 16 (4) (1.30 hours)
Real Estate Appraisal Knowledge for Real Estate Brokers (2 hours)
Accounting and Tax Setup for Real Estate Brokers (1.30 hours)
General Law Knowledge, Title Documents, Legal Transactions, and Contracts for Real Estate Brokers (1.30 hours)
Techniques for Finding Properties and Managing Sales Areas (Exclusive Listing & Farming) (2 hours)
Selling Properties to Foreign Clients (Legal Issues, Conditions, and Contracting, etc.) (1.30 hours)
Super Agent Sales Techniques (2 hours)
Agent Business Creation (ABC Model) (1.30 hours)
- Broker Start-Up: Case Studies and Practical Implementation Guidelines (2 hours)
Professional Ethics for Real Estate Brokers (1 hour)
Instructors:
A team of qualified instructors with direct knowledge and experience in the real estate buying and selling business.
Assessment and Evaluation:
1. Testing after the training is completed.
2. Evaluation of the training.
Training Registration Fee:
Price: 8,000 Baht, discounted by 10% to only 7,200 Baht (includes lunch and breaks).
