Mr. Kheirin Chuthamsathit, President of the Real Estate and Services Business Group at MQDC, honored the event as the chairman, alongside Mr. Rungroj Jongsuchiphan, Senior Director of the 'Mulberry Grove' brand at MQDC, who provided project information, and Ms. Aliwassa Pathanathabutr, Managing Director of CBRE (Thailand) Limited, who also shared insights at the sales office of the Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit project.

Mr. Kheirin Chuthamsathit stated, "With MQDC's commitment to operate under the concept of For All Well-Being, we develop projects that address living needs based on creating well-being in every aspect, aiming to create the best for all target groups, including all ages to live together happily. 'Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit' is another intention from MQDC to be more than just a residence but a space of happiness designed for all generations, enhancing family relationships and allowing everyone to care for one another, returning to the foundation of true happiness."

Mr. Rungroj Jongsuchiphan mentioned that the 'Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit' project by MQDC is the first super-luxury residence brand in Thailand, developed and designed to meet the living needs of families across various age groups, based on in-depth research by MQDC that revealed that most Thais prefer to live together as a large family while still needing personal space. We designed the 'INTERGENERATION' living concept to facilitate interaction and family time, ensuring every detail of the project is tailored to the needs of all generations for true intergenerational living.

The 'Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit' project is a 37-story high-rise condominium on a 2.5 rai plot, comprising 287 residential units with over 100% parking space, valued at over 6 billion baht.

'Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit' stands out in every aspect according to the project's key concept, 'DESIGN FOR THE FINEST INTERGENERATION LIVING', starting with the MULBERRY INTERGENERATION FACILITY, which allocates a large area of 1.9 rai for common spaces and nearly 1 rai of green space, significantly more than the number of units and residents. The MULBERRY INTERGENERATION FACILITY is divided into five main areas:

  1. INTERGENERATION WELL-BEING enhances the well-being of all generations with 24-hour health expert CAREGIVER support, four swimming pools designed for different age groups, including INFINITY SKY POOL, HYDROTHERAPY POOL, THERMAL POOL, and CHILDREN’S POOL, a SKY-HIGH GYM STUDIO equipped with top-brand fitness equipment, PRIVATE SPA, PRIVATE SKY-HIGH ONSEN that can be booked in advance for family use, and BALLET SUITE, PATIO GYM, YOGA SUITE where instructors can come to the project.
  2. INTERGENERATION KNOWLEDGE offers diverse learning spaces within the project, including PRIVATE STUDY STUDIO for personal study or homework, THE MULBERRY’S LIBRARY with a collection of various books, and a CHILDREN’S ROOM designed to promote children's development and social skills.
  3. INTERGENERATION SOCIAL LIFESTYLE SUITE provides experience-sharing spaces for happiness, including a GRAND PRIVATE FAMILY ROOM for family activities, a luxurious RESIDENTIAL LOUNGE with views of the Chao Phraya River and Bang Kachao, offering complimentary Afternoon Tea daily, and a PRIVATE STYLE ATELIER for women to get ready with beauty professionals, bookable via an app.
  4. INTERGENERATION NATURE integrates living with nature through three sustainable gardens: GOURMET COURTYARD for residents to grow their own vegetables with staff assistance, ENGLISH COURTYARD designed for picnics, and INTERGENERATION COURTYARD for all generations to enjoy together, featuring tea areas for mothers, playgrounds, treehouses, and exercise areas for seniors.
  5. INTERGENERATION MULBERRY SERVICE enhances quality of life with comprehensive services, including a WELLNESS MANAGER for exercise and health advice, complimentary AFTERNOON TEA, CONCIERGE SERVICE for lifestyle assistance, and MULBERRY ACTIVITIES for family happiness throughout the year.

Regarding the interior design of the project and living units, it is based on the concept of 'DESIGN FOR THE FINEST INTERGENERATION LIVING', creating spaces where everyone can live together happily, with both private areas and shared spaces for exchanging experiences and spending time together, establishing a true foundation of happiness in life.

The living units are designed with details for all ages, including NOOK MULTI-PURPOSE SPACE for private use adaptable to needs, WIDE FRONTAGE DESIGN with large glass fronts for full views, LIVING ROOM and dining areas connected for family activities, A SPACIOUS MASTER BEDROOM designed for accessibility with space for a senior's wheelchair and extra beds, ENCLOSED DESIGN KITCHEN with two ventilation systems to eliminate odors, and each bedroom equipped with ERV (ENERGY RECOVERY VENTILATION) to monitor indoor air quality and ensure fresh air for the family. Importantly, each unit is designed to be connectable to accommodate large families, and MQDC offers a 30-year warranty for the project.

Finally, the convenience of the location meets the lifestyle needs of all ages, situated on Sukhumvit Road, a central business hub in Bangkok, just 250 meters from Ekkamai BTS station, near expressway access, surrounded by schools, business areas, lifestyle venues, and leading hospitals.

'Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit' features 1 Bedroom units ranging from 47 - 56.50 sq.m., 2 Bedroom units from 87 - 114 sq.m., and Penthouse units with 2 - 5 Bedrooms, starting at 175,XXX baht per square meter, with pre-sales scheduled for February 1-2 this year. It is believed that with the intention behind the design, focusing on every detail, 'Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit' will be a space of happiness that truly connects all generations," Mr. Rungroj stated.

Ms. Aliwassa Pathanathabutr, Managing Director of CBRE (Thailand) Limited, revealed that the trend in housing choices has significantly changed, particularly for condominiums that cater to Thailand's aging society, necessitating residences that meet these needs.

"The increasing demand for senior housing has led to a clear trend in real estate development, with developers increasingly focusing on projects that meet this customer segment's needs, similar to MQDC's research and development of 'Mulberry Grove Sukhumvit' launched today.

In addition to developing projects to meet changing societal needs, the services within the project are equally important, especially for super-luxury projects where operators must select premium services to create a good experience for residents, such as Caregiver Service for senior health care or emergencies, Wellness Manager for health advice, Concierge Service for lifestyle assistance, and a 30-Year Warranty covering four main components, including unit equipment, structure, doors, windows, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Moreover, the amenities within the project are equally crucial as modern society emphasizes community sharing and activities. Each project should prioritize common areas, not just swimming pools or gyms, but spaces that cater to lifestyle needs and encourage collaborative activities, creating a community that is enjoyable and meets customer needs for sustainable living in condominiums," Ms. Aliwassa concluded.
