Therefore, ECG – Research <\/strong>has developed PerefCare, a new investment product designed to mitigate risks and protect capital, generating profits immediately upon purchase with the concept of Pay Less, Earn More. Investors will use 75-85% of the full price for their investment, and PerefCare will help generate returns for investors to eventually cover 100% of the property purchase.<\/p>
This model is a collaboration between ECG – Research <\/span>and Habitat Group <\/span>to allow customers purchasing projects from Habitat Group to invest in PerefCare.
