Pruksa navigates the real estate crisis, showcasing its Q3 performance with sales reaching 14.113 billion baht, a growth of 15%, and revenue of 8.517 billion baht, a growth of 9.5% compared to the previous quarter, along with a profit of 916 million baht. The company is moving forward to adjust its strategic plan for launching new projects in the final quarter, focusing on launching projects with potential Right Location, Right Timing, and Right Target.

Ms. Supattra Paephiemsub, CEO of Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited, revealed that "In the past Q3, the company achieved sales of 14.113 billion baht, a 15% increase, with revenue of 8.517 billion baht, a 9.5% increase compared to the previous quarter, and a profit of 916 million baht. Over the past nine months, the company recorded sales of 37.480 billion baht, a decrease of 3.7%, with revenue of 28.179 billion baht, down 6.8%, and a profit of 3.534 billion baht, down 12% compared to the same period last year. This indicates that Pruksa is still performing better than the overall market, which has seen a slowdown in purchasing power. However, Pruksa continues to push for increased sales and revenue growth. In Q3, new project bookings rose by 30%, outperforming the market's booking rate of 27%, maintaining its position as the number one real estate leader with the highest market share at 12%."

In terms of the overall real estate market in Bangkok and its vicinity in Q3, the market value declined by 35% compared to the same period last year, influenced by the ongoing slowdown in the Thai economy since Q2, along with stricter LTV measures and bank lending policies. The company has plans to assist customers facing loan approval issues to return to home buying through the Win Back program, which has contributed to sales of 4.878 billion baht, accounting for 13% of total sales.

For the final quarter's operational plan, the company is collaborating with partner banks to facilitate easier loan approvals for customers, while adjusting its strategy to launch 9 new projects worth 8.8 billion baht, focusing on projects with potential: Right Location, Right Timing, and Right Target. Additionally, there is a backlog of sales awaiting revenue recognition this year amounting to 16.092 billion baht. The company continues to strive for sales excellence through various channels, recently launching a continuous campaign via E-Commerce on the Shopee platform to reach the millennial market, which increasingly favors digital media. The new campaign, "11.11 Big Discounts on Every Unit", allows customers to purchase a coupon for 11 baht, redeemable for discounts of up to 200,000 baht on ready-to-move-in townhomes from Pruksa participating in the campaign, available from now until November 30, 2019. Furthermore, the recently implemented measures to reduce transfer and mortgage fees, effective November 2, will stimulate the housing market in the final stretch. All of these efforts will help Pruksa successfully navigate through this year.
