REAL ASSET has unveiled its residential business plan, reinforcing the value derived from its projects through the quality of homes, environment, and common areas. The company highlights its commitment to the global trend of “Active Wellness” with the launch of its first project, “SENSE Bangna - Suvarnabhumi,” becoming the first in Thailand to utilize Robotic Construction in real estate.

Mr. Bodinthorn Jeungruangkit, CEO of REAL ASSET Development Co., Ltd., shared the company’s approach to real estate development, emphasizing its focus on both high-rise (condominiums) and low-rise residential projects, including single houses, duplexes, townhouses, and home offices. However, he acknowledged that changes following the Bank of Thailand's (BOT) LTV (Loan to Value) measures, effective from April 1, have impacted the overall real estate business this year. Factors include high household debt affecting the strictness of commercial bank loan applications, as well as external factors such as the US-China trade war, protests in Hong Kong, and a decline in purchasing power from foreign buyers, particularly from China.

“This year serves as a significant test for the company to carefully adjust its business strategies for the second half of the year and into 2020, preparing to respond to economic changes closely, particularly regarding construction quality and customer service. We instill these values within the organization through our vision, “We build real matters for living” to ensure customers experience the value derived from our projects through the quality of homes, environment, and common areas that cater to all aspects of their lifestyles.

Launching the “SENSE Bangna - Suvarnabhumi” Project to Embrace the Active Wellness Trend

The company recognizes that today’s customers are increasingly concerned about their health and that of their families, focusing on exercise, healthy eating, and personal transformation goals, clearly reflecting the strong trend of Active Wellness. Therefore, REAL ASSET plans to develop projects that align with the Active Wellness trend. The first project to clearly embody this vision this year is the “SENSE Bangna - Suvarnabhumi”, designed with a total green space of 29,600 square meters, a bike lane of 2,600 meters, and a jogging track stretching 7,400 meters to encourage everyone to strive for self-improvement.

The design concept of the “SENSE Bangna - Suvarnabhumi” project is based on the idea of “WHERE THE BEAUTIFUL LIFE BEGINS,” emphasizing beauty, durability, simplicity, and increased functionality, which are the core principles of Scandinavian design. The company chose the “butterfly” in its logo to symbolize new beginnings, beauty, vibrancy, and independence, reflecting every detail to create living spaces designed for residents to live harmoniously. The exterior design is unique, while the interior is divided into spaces that meet daily living needs.

Veerachai Hanjariyakul, Director of Strategy for Housing Development and Commercial Buildings at REAL ASSET Development Co., Ltd., added details about the “SENSE Bangna - Suvarnabhumi” project, which is situated on over 23 rai with 160 units, totaling 810 million baht. It is developed as townhomes and duplexes, offering two house models: the IDAS model, a 2-story townhome with a width of 8 meters on land sizes of 28-35 square wah (sq. wah), with a usable area of 136 sq. m., featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and parking for 2 cars, starting at 3.99 million baht, and the AMANDA model, a fully functional duplex designed with non-adjacent walls for privacy akin to a single house, built on land starting at 39 square wah, with a usable area of 151 sq. m., featuring 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and parking for 2 cars, starting at 4.99 million baht.

The project includes comprehensive amenities such as a clubhouse with a swimming pool, fitness center, relaxation areas, outdoor running tracks, public parks, and a playground, all secured by 24-hour security personnel, with access to the project facilitated by innovative Access Control and CCTV at entry and exit points.

Regarding the project's location potential, it has access points on the main Khing Kaew road, providing convenient travel via various routes including the motorway, expressway, airport rail link, and light rail (LRT), with only a 15-minute drive to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Additionally, important roads such as Bangna-Trad Road connect to Sukhumvit Road and Srinakarin Road, and it is close to two expressways: the Chalerm Mahanakorn Expressway and the Outer Ring Road, facilitating easy access to the city. Furthermore, future mega projects from both the government and private sectors are expected to invest in the area, with a total project value exceeding 650 billion baht, including transportation systems and several large mixed-use projects, making this area a hub for jobs, shopping, and large-scale activities in Bangkok.

We are confident that the “SENSE Bangna - Suvarnabhumi” project will elevate every aspect of living, from the project's location and distinctive architectural design to the well-conceived common areas that perfectly embody the “Active Wellness” concept, catering to the new generation's lifestyle choices.
