Mr. Bodin Thongjurungkit, CEO of REAL ASSET DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD., a real estate developer of single-detached houses, twin houses, townhomes, and condominiums, revealed plans for property development in the last six months of 2024. The company will continue to operate according to its established plans, focusing on developing smaller-scale projects to achieve faster turnover and increasing luxury product development targeting the Mid – High segment due to the identified gap in this market segment. There is also continuous demand from consumers responding positively. The company has already secured some land for this type of project and is currently studying the product while conducting market surveys to analyze project development that meets consumer needs.

The first project launched is the 1st Brand New Luxury House under the name VIVALDI BANGNA (วีวัลดี บางนา) with a project value of 1.8 billion baht. This luxurious two-story single-detached house with a private courtyard in Bangna is priced between 16 - 25 million baht and has received positive feedback from customers.
VIVALDI BANGNA is designed under the concept “LIFE WELL BALANCED: Creating a Harmonious Living Environment,” inspired by “The Four Seasons,” a series of violin concertos by Antonio Lucio Vivaldi, a famous Italian composer and violinist from the Baroque era. The music allows listeners to close their eyes and imagine the seasons, feeling the essence of the breeze, sunlight, falling leaves, and cold snow, which inspired the architectural design and environment.

According to Mr. Patthawin Wongsathian, Chief Sales and Marketing Officer of REAL ASSET DEVELOPMENT CO., LTD., the VIVALDI BANGNA project is located on over 32 rai of land, developing 110 units of two-story single-detached houses on land sizes ranging from 58 to 80 square wah, with usable areas from 215 to 328 square meters, priced from 16 - 25 million baht*.
