Revenue stood at 11,881 million baht, a 44% increase from 8,274 million baht in the same quarter last year, with sales of 11,178 million baht. The company has a backlog of 32,443 million baht at the end of the first quarter, with 17,834 million baht expected to be recognized as revenue in 2019, accounting for 51% of the remaining revenue target for the year. Furthermore, there is a backlog that ensures the company's stability for the next two years, totaling 14,608 million baht, along with 185 projects currently in the sales pipeline valued at 94,430 million baht."
For the second quarter, the company plans to enhance its sales excellence by further developing its capabilities through the new "DEAL" business, which will provide services for buying, selling, and renting residences.
