The Home Builders Association (HBA) is hosting the event 'Home Builder & Materials Focus 2019', the only event that gathers over 30 professional home building companies showcasing beautifully designed homes with every function to meet all budget requirements, making home building an easy task. The event will take place from March 21-24, 2019, at Plenary Hall 1-2, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.

Today (March 21, 2019), the Home Builders Association (HBA) officially opened the event 'Home Builder & Materials Focus 2019'. The opening ceremony was honored by Mr. Boonyarit Kalyanamitr, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Commerce, who presided over the event, along with Mrs. Siriporn Singharun, the Association's President, and the executive committee members who welcomed and participated in the opening ceremony.

Mrs. Siriporn Singharun, President of the Home Builders Association revealed that the organization of the event 'Home Builder & Materials Focus 2019' is a marketing promotion activity for the association's members. The event features the latest home designs along with promotions from home building companies. Additionally, those who book a home construction during the event will have a chance to win gold prizes worth 100,000 Baht. This year's event 'Home Builder & Materials Focus 2019' is organized under the concept 'Making Home Building Easy' from March 21-24, 2019, at Plenary Hall 1-2, Queen Sirikit National Convention Center. Over 30 member home building companies, along with partners from the construction materials manufacturing group, will showcase new technologies and innovations at this event.


The association expects sales during the event to reach approximately 1.2 billion Baht, which is similar to last year's event. It is also anticipated that after the event, there will be decisions to build homes worth around 1 billion Baht, with homes priced between 2-5 million Baht being the primary market segment for home building overall.


For the total market value of home building in 2019, it is estimated to be around 12.5 to 13 billion Baht, growing by 5-8% from 2018, which had a total market value of 12 billion Baht.
