Mr. Natthapong Khunakarwong, CEO of SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited introduced a new real estate equation by bringing in global expert Mr. Mike Peng, Partner Managing Director from IDEO Tokyo (a company renowned for its original Design Thinking concepts widely used around the world) to collaborate on creating Design Solutions using Human-Centered Design. This approach aims to design communal spaces within SC's housing projects that best meet the needs and preferences of residents.



IDEO Tokyo is a global design and consulting firm that emphasizes Design Thinking. Founded in 2011, it operates with a "Human-Centered" approach, focusing on developing innovations that address human needs.

In addition to collaborating with over 100 leading companies, IDEO has notable projects recognized worldwide, including:


-          Collaborating with Apple to design the Apple Mouse 

-          Partnering with Google to establish the ATAP (Advanced Technology and Projects) group, which invents new technologies that have yet to be realized on Earth, among others.
