The Board of Directors of Kasikornbank has resolved to appoint 2 Senior Vice Presidents: Mr. Sinwat Santivisath (2nd from left) as Senior Vice President overseeing the Corporate and Business Products division, and Mr. Jongrak Rattanapian (3rd from left) as Senior Vice President in charge of Finance and Control.             Mr. Sinwat Santivisath is currently 55 years old. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering (Second Class Honors) from Chulalongkorn University and a Master's degree in the same field from The University of Texas at Austin, USA, as well as a Master's in Management from the Sasin Graduate Institute of Business Administration at Chulalongkorn University. He has experience working with large organizations, including Shell Thailand Limited and True Corporation. He has worked in finance with Citibank, ABN AMRO Bank, Asia Bank, TMB Bank, and served as the Executive Vice President of Information Technology and Operations at CIMB Thai Bank before being appointed as Vice President at Kasikornbank overseeing Corporate and Business Products, and most recently as Senior Vice President of the same division.

Mr. Jongrak Rattanapian is currently 50 years old. He started working at Kasikornbank in 2001 in the Investment Banking division, where he served as Director of Corporate Finance, Senior Director of Corporate Finance, and Assistant Vice President before being appointed as Vice President of Corporate Client Business.

Mr. Tipakorn Saipathana is currently 40 years old. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and Accounting, majoring in Finance and Banking from Thammasat University, and a Master's degree in Economics (International Program) with a focus on Economics and Management from Chulalongkorn University, as well as a Master of Science in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA. He has experience working with Maybank Kim Eng Securities (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Krungsri Securities Public Company Limited, and Kasikorn Securities Public Company Limited.
