          Recently, the project <\/span><\/strong>“THE FORESTIAS – The Forestias” by Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC)<\/strong><\/span> collaborated to raise awareness of the benefits of natural ecosystems by increasing green space to create a natural forest. Mr. Wisit Malaisirirat, CEO of Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC)<\/strong>, stated, “Our company has embraced the royal decree of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, the 9th King, on the occasion of New Year's Day, December 31, 1959, which states that  <\/em>“We should plant trees in people's hearts first, and those people will then plant trees on the land and take care of them themselves.”<\/em><\/span><\/strong>  This has become one of the principles that our company adheres to in creating and developing real estate projects to bridge gaps and create sustainable happiness under the promise of ‘for all well-being’ by creating the best for living, applying new innovations and technologies to conserve the environment, and designing living spaces that care for nature so that everyone can be part of preserving the world.”<\/p>

          The initiative brought together government agencies, civil servants, military, police, Bang Kaew Subdistrict Administrative Organization, private sectors, senior citizens' music clubs, youth from Bang Kaew Demonstration School, Klong Palad Prian School, and Concordian International School to plant the first batch of 2,000 seedlings out of a total of over 30,000 trees on a 30-rai area within the public forest “Forest at THE FORESTIAS – Forest at The Forestias”, which is another public green space for the people of Bangkok, allowing community members and the general public to relax, learn about tree growth, various ecosystems, and the happiness derived from nature within the project “THE FORESTIAS – The Forestias”<\/p>
