"M Style Property" announces plans to become the top developer in the Huai Khwang area

            Land and property prices in the Central Business District (CBD) and Sukhumvit have been continuously rising. Other nearby areas are now attracting attention from various developers for investment opportunities.

One area in Bangkok that is rapidly growing is undoubtedly "Huai Khwang." In addition to a noticeable increase in tourists, especially from China, over the past 2-3 years, it is also home to the Chinese embassy, offices of leading companies, and many new shopping malls. Recently, the company launched M Style Garage Bangkok, a hotel located just 800 meters from the Huai Khwang subway station, inspired by the family's passion for automobiles.

            This 7-story hotel with 75 rooms showcases a new dimension of design, utilizing well-preserved collectibles and various car parts, combined with a harmonious design to create an impressive and memorable atmosphere. Unique interior decorations are used in each room, providing guests with a novel relaxation experience.

            The hotel features themed rooms inspired by Garage Funky style, such as Safari, Casanova, Deep Ocean, Garage, The Spiral, and Wood. Another highlight of the hotel is the bar located on the second floor and the rooftop, designed to be a new social gathering spot in the Huai Khwang area.

            Additionally, M Style Property plans to launch two mixed-use buildings, 8 and 22 stories high, to serve as a hotel and apartments, shops, and co-sharing spaces, expected to open by the end of 2019. There are also plans for a condominium project anticipated to go on sale next year and be ready for occupancy in 2020, both located in the Huai Khwang area.
