This September, the company is set to unveil the "Savvi Ari4" project, with starting prices at 160,000 baht per square meter or approximately 5.5 million baht per unit, totaling a project value of 350 million baht, emphasizing its prime location and large unit designs that provide a home-like feel.

            Mr. Somphop Wanichsenee, Managing Director  of Airble Property Co., Ltd., a developer of condominiums in prime areas of Bangkok and Pattaya, revealed that the real estate market outlook for the second half of 2018 shows promising growth in line with the economic situation. Although interest rates are expected to rise, he believes it will not have a major impact. Regarding the supply in certain areas, many operators have increased their sales channels and marketed to foreign customers, which has proven effective.

            The company's real estate business plan will focus on developing low-rise condominiums, specifically in the luxury boutique residence segment, with a target of approximately 3-4 projects per year, totaling over 2.5 billion baht. In March 2018, the company launched the "Attitude BU" project valued at 1.1 billion baht, achieving around 60% sales.

          In September 2018, the company plans to launch 2 projects with a total value of approximately 750 million baht, including the "Savvi Ari4" project, located on a 188-square-wah plot, an 8-story condominium with unit sizes ranging from 35-125 square meters, starting at approximately 160,000 baht per square meter or about 5.5 million baht per unit, totaling 39 units and a project value of around 350 million baht.

          The "Savvi Ari4" project features a key selling point of aesthetic living in the Ari area, combining elegance and style, as the "Ari" neighborhood is filled with places that cater to the diverse lifestyles of urban society. The design concept of the luxury boutique residence maintains tranquility and privacy, with spacious units designed to feel like home, perfectly catering to the needs of the new generation,” Mr. Somphop stated. 

   

          Additionally, there is the project“Savvi Phahol 2”  located on Phaholyothin 2, a 7-story condominium with unit sizes ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom duplexes, starting at 140,000 baht per square meter, with a total of 64 units and a project value of approximately 400 million baht.

            Mr. Somphop further stated that the company's decision to develop projects in the Ari area is based on the belief that the early Phaholyothin area is a prime location close to various amenities such as shops, restaurants, and office buildings, as well as convenient access to the inner city via the Green Line BTS from Mo Chit to Samrong. Meanwhile, the overall supply in the area remains limited, with a good absorption rate due to high demand for housing, primarily from real demand buyers looking for their own residence or a second home.

           However, this year, the company aims for total sales of approximately 80% of the value of each project, which will come from the "Attitude BU" project launched earlier this year and two new projects set to launch at the end of the year: "Savvi Ari4" and "Savvi Phahol 2
