Jin Wellbeing County is a residential project designed for the elderly, equipped with lifestyle facilities integrated with comprehensive healthcare, the first of its kind in Thailand. It has been created to support the aging society as Thailand is on the verge of becoming a fully aged society by 2025, with an estimated 14.4 million elderly people, accounting for over 20% of the total population. This rapidly increasing elderly population presents a challenge that the country must prepare for in all aspects.

Ms. Thitaree Yuwithaya, Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Marketing for the Jin Wellbeing County project, stated, "As Thailand is approaching a fully aged society by 2025, with an expected elderly population of about 14.4 million, or over 20% of the total population, this rapid increase poses a challenge that the country must prepare for in every aspect. Similarly, the Jin Wellbeing County project, as a new concept city for retirement, is a leader in integrated healthcare, combining housing for the elderly under the care of Thonburi Healthcare Group, which recognizes the value and importance of the elderly and the physical and mental decline that may occur. We understand the importance of preparing for the lives of seniors in today's era, which involves various factors to ensure a quality life in the current society, both physically, mentally, and socially. Therefore, we have initiated the Grand Age Management course by Jin Academy, specifically designed to address this need, covering medicine, nutrition, investment, technology, arts and culture, entertainment, and travel while fostering skills for coexistence through quality classes, reflecting our commitment to effectively driving a quality elderly society in the future."
The Grand Age Management course aims to "empower the elderly" to achieve three goals: 1) to enable seniors to independently manage their health, preventing and reducing risk factors for diseases; 2) to provide training participants with knowledge and understanding of physical, social, and financial security, suitable caregivers, and environments that meet their needs; and 3) to help participants understand ways to engage within their families, communities, and society in economic, social, and cultural aspects according to basic human rights, based on their capabilities and needs, contributing both personally and to the community.

The Grand Age Management course this time has gathered instructors from various professions, knowledgeable individuals from different fields, such as Dr. Chek Thanaseiri sharing experiences and tips for living to 120 years, Dr. Banjob Choonhasawadikul teaching hypnosis techniques for life issues, Dr. Kobkan Choonhasawadikul discussing natural healing and nutrition for health, Dr. Chatchai Meesukho presenting investment planning for stable post-retirement income, and Coach Becky Russell sharing tips on personal appearance and dressing, among others, to prepare learners for quality aging in all aspects effectively.
