Univenture Public Company Limited (UV) has announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2018 (April 1, 2018 – June 30, 2018) with total revenue of 4,993 million baht, representing a 16% increase compared to the same period last year.

Mr. Worawart Srisawan, the Managing Director of Univenture Public Company Limited (UV), stated that the financial results for Q3/2018 (April 1, 2018 – June 30, 2018) showed total revenue of 4,993 million baht, reflecting a growth of 16%. The main revenue source came from the real estate for sale segment, contributing 3,987 million baht, which accounts for 80% of total revenue. This includes revenue from high-rise projects valued at 669 million baht and from low-rise projects valued at 3,318 million baht.

“Currently, the company has a backlog of sales amounting to 7,747 million baht, divided into low-rise projects worth 5,075 million baht and high-rise projects worth 2,672 million baht. In the final quarter of 2018, we expect to recognize revenue from low-rise and high-rise projects of approximately 3,250 million baht. The remaining backlog of 4,497 million baht will be gradually recognized in 2019,” he added.

#Terraads “Additionally, there are plans to launch 15 new projects in the final quarter of 2018 (July 1, 2018 – September 30, 2018) with a total project value of approximately 23,000 million baht.”

“Revenue from the rental real estate and hotel business accounted for 8% of total revenue, or 407 million baht. Revenue from the zinc oxide business accounted for 10% of total revenue, or 475 million baht, and revenue from other businesses was approximately 2%, or 124 million baht,” Mr. Worawart stated.
