Helix Guarantees Quality, Wins Award for Outstanding Real Estate Project

Mr. Narongpol Senoondhree (2nd from left), Project Management Director of Helix Company Limited (a subsidiary of Ananda Development Public Company Limited), received the honorary award for Outstanding Real Estate Project at the 5th Annual Awards in 2018 for the category and price level: Affordable Condominiums, which were recognized for their "value for money" in the Unio Sukhumvit 72 project. The award ceremony was presided over by Ms. Sarunphat Anumatrajkit (3rd from right), Assistant Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security. The event was organized by the Thai Real Estate Research and Valuation Center, Agency for Real Estate Affairs (AREA), where the committee conducted site visits to various projects and selected those that met outstanding criteria for the award during the 2018 Real Estate Investment Expo held at the BITEC Bangna recently.
