Bangkok – Today (June 25), Mr. Sunthorn Sathaporn, Managing Director of Sathaporn Estate Co., Ltd., announced that the company is preparing to fully enter the real estate market under the name Sathaporn Estate (SATHAPORN ESTATE), previously known as Sathaporn Rangsit by Chalermnakhon Co., Ltd. and Sapphirun by Sapphirun Co., Ltd. These companies have developed quality real estate projects, including houses and townhomes, in Bangkok and its vicinity for over 20 years. This year, the company is set to expand its business under the name Sathaporn Estate, focusing on quality and service, with modern project designs that consider environmental sustainability, aligning with the lifestyles of the new generation. A key strategy for driving the business is 'Revitalize', which means strengthening capabilities to support business expansion effectively, starting with product development under the new brand designed with the concept 'For The Nature Of Life', aiming for sustainable living in harmony with nature.

“Regarding the strategy for entering the real estate market, Sathaporn Estate (SATHAPORN ESTATE) will increasingly expand into high-rise developments, with a business expansion ratio of 50% for high-rise and 45% for low-rise, and 5% from recurring income. Different strategies will be employed for market penetration, with low-rise developments focusing on future location potential, while high-rise developments will emphasize the importance of CBD locations in Bangkok and enhanced living convenience.

In the third quarter of this year, the company plans to launch its first condominium project named 'The SHADE (Sathon1)', an 8-story condominium with two buildings and 278 units, under the concept 'Shades The One You Love', reflecting the love for those dear to you while also serving as a shelter providing shade for your loved ones.
