On this special occasion of Emperor celebrating its 30th anniversary, we are organizing a high-end house design competition valued at approximately 50 million baht and themed The PHENOMENON 'We don't just build houses; we create wonders.' This aims to provide a platform for young talents to utilize their skills in creating a phenomenon in luxury home design while also expanding our existing market focus on classic homes and raising awareness among consumers and target groups about the evolving image of The Emperor House to dominate a more diverse luxury home market."

          The PHENOMENON 'We don't just build houses; we create wonders''  is a competition aimed at discovering new designers to express their ideas and creativity in designing a 'house' that reflects new luxury lifestyles today, with house sizes ranging from 800 to 2,000 square meters. Participants must consider: 1. Master Plan design, with the option to choose the location and land size; 2. Architectural design of The PHENOMENON; and 3. Interior design and decoration of The PHENOMENON. Prizes include: 1st Prize: 100,000 baht, 2nd Prize: 50,000 baht, 3rd Prize: 30,000 baht, 2 Honorable Mentions at 15,000 baht each, Popular Vote: 25,000 baht, and 10 consolation prizes of 8,000 baht each for the top 10 finalists.

          - First Round Judging on Saturday, June 30, 2018, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at The Emperor House Co., Ltd.

          - Special Training for Finalists on Saturday, July 7, 2018, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at The Emperor House Co., Ltd.

          - Final Judging + Popular Vote will allow the public to attend the presentations on Saturday, July 21, 2018, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Southeast Asia Center (SEAC), FYI Center Building (Rama 4), opposite the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.
