        Central Pattana Public Company Limited (CPN), the largest retail property development company in Thailand, led by Mr. Pricha Ekkunagool, the Managing Director and CEO, announced a five-year vision (2018-2022) to innovate retail trends with the concept of Co-Create Center of Life. This will be achieved through three strategies: creating Destination Concepts, Digital Platforms, and Partnerships, with an investment of over 100 billion baht in five years to establish 'The New Landscape' of the retail industry, reinforcing its position as a global player with five major highlight projects both in Thailand and abroad: the new Central World, Central Phuket, Central i-City, Central Plaza Ayutthaya, and Central Village. All centers will be transformed into hubs for living and communities where customers can truly “live” according to their own lifestyles.

        Regarding the overall business, CPN has shown continuous growth over the past five years, with total revenue increasing from 21,234 million baht in 2013 to 30,875 million baht in 2017, and recently aiming for approximately 20% growth in 2018. Additionally, there are plans to revamp other shopping centers to align with future trends through Destination Concepts, including Central Plaza Ladprao, Rama 3, Chiang Rai, Chonburi, and Central Festival Pattaya Beach, which will be developed within the next two years, as well as plans to develop other businesses such as offices, hotels, and residential projects to complement the shopping center business and enhance the Center of Life, reflecting Central Pattana's strategic business operations focused on stable and sustainable growth.
