Supalai Public Company Limited has announced its performance for the first quarter of 2018, achieving impressive sales of 8.837 billion baht, a 17% increase, with total revenue reaching 4.655 billion baht, up 22%.             Mr. Traitecha Tangmattatham, Managing Director of Supalai Public Company Limited said that in the first quarter, the company launched 6 new horizontal projects valued at 3.525 billion baht, including 4 projects in Bangkok and 2 in Chonburi and Songkhla. The sales performance reached 8.837 billion baht, a 17% increase compared to the same period in 2017, driven by sales from condominium projects at 4.142 billion baht and horizontal projects at 4.695 billion baht. The total revenue of 4.655 billion baht represents a 22% growth, primarily from the gradual delivery of condominiums in Bangkok, the surrounding areas, and other provinces. Revenue from real estate is divided into 62% from horizontal projects and 38% from condominium projects.

           The company achieved a net profit of 870 million baht, a 27% increase compared to 2017. Assets grew by 1%, and shareholders' equity increased by 4%, with a debt-to-equity ratio of 63%. The average financial cost was 2.50% per year as of March 31, 2018, and the backlog of sales awaiting revenue recognition was approximately 41.665 billion baht as of March 31, 2018. It is expected that 12.180 billion baht will be gradually transferred to customers and recognized as revenue in 2018, with the remaining 29.485 billion baht over the next three years to support the company's future revenue growth.

           Additionally, in the second quarter, the company plans to launch 4 new projects, including 3 horizontal projects in Bangkok, the surrounding areas, and regional cities such as Nakhon Ratchasima and Chonburi, along with 1 condominium project to drive sales towards the set targets.
