SC Asset Partners with Redek to Research New Living Concepts, Launching the DELPHI Model

          Ms. Chomchada Kuladilok <\/span><\/span><\/strong>Head of Corporate Brand along with Mr. Natthakit Sirirat  <\/span>Head of Marketing <\/span>at SC Asset Corporation Public Company Limited <\/span><\/strong><\/span> collaborated with ML. Jirathip Tevakul, Project Manager, and Dr. Chamnarn Tirapas  Head of the Project at the Research and Design Service Center, King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi, or <\/strong><\/span><\/span>Redek<\/strong><\/span>  to conduct a research project titled <\/span><\/span>“DELPHI”<\/span> <\/strong>to study new living models for urban residents in <\/span>2 main zones of Bangkok  under the concept of <\/span>township concept development . The research findings will be used to design and develop on <\/span>2 large plots of land owned by the company, one in the northern zone of Bangkok, in Bangkadi, Pathum Thani, and the other in the eastern zone of Bangkok, in Bangkok Krida. This initiative aims to address <\/span>human-centric  development for public spaces to maximize benefits for residents and the community in the area genuinely.<\/span><\/p>
