Krung Thai Bank <\/span> is preparing to hold an auction for ready-to-sell assets (NPL)<\/strong> featuring quality properties including condos, single houses, townhouses, commercial buildings, apartments, and vacant land, with a special selection of 50 listings. The auction will be conducted using an open bidding method (OPEN BID) with a deposit requirement of 50,000 baht for bidding on one item. However, if a deposit of 100,000 baht is made, bidders can participate in unlimited listings (if unsuccessful, the deposit will be refunded immediately). Additionally, there will be a special promotion during the event offering a 0% interest rate on housing loans for 12 months, and buyers who win the auction will only need to pay a 1% transfer fee.
