"ORI" Shareholders Approve Dividend Payment of 0.55 Baht per Share, Reaffirm Commitment to Comprehensive Real Estate Empire At the annual general meeting of ORI shareholders, a resolution was passed to pay a dividend of 0.55 Baht per share, with the XD date set for May 8 and payment scheduled for May 25.

Mr. Pirapong Jarunek, Chief Executive Officer of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a developer of condominiums under the brands Park, Knightsbridge, Notting Hill, Kensington, and the Britania housing project, revealed that at the annual general meeting on April 26, 2018, a resolution was approved to pay a dividend for the last six months of 2017 in cash at a rate of 0.55 Baht per share, totaling no more than 896,255,291.25 Baht.
The company will determine the list of shareholders entitled to receive the dividend on May 9, 2018, with the XD symbol starting on May 8, 2018, and the dividend payment to shareholders on May 25, 2018.
The company previously paid an interim dividend as per the board's resolution on September 23, 2017, for the first six months of 2017 at a rate of 0.05 Baht per share, totaling no more than 81,314,867.35 Baht. Due to outstanding performance in 2017, the company deemed it appropriate to pay an additional dividend for the last six months of 2017 at a rate of 0.55 Baht per share, totaling no more than 896,255,291.25 Baht. This brings the total dividend for the year 2017 to 0.60 Baht per share, amounting to no more than 977,570,158 Baht.
Mr. Pirapong further stated that for the operations in 2018, the company will continue to follow its established plan, focusing on building the "Empire of Origin" by emphasizing comprehensive real estate development, including condominium projects, single-family home projects, joint ventures with foreign partners, income-generating real estate projects, mixed-use projects, and related service businesses to meet the needs of consumers across all segments.
For the entire year of 2018, the company plans to launch a total of 14 new projects worth over 30 billion Baht, consisting of 10 condominium projects valued at 26 billion Baht and 4 single-family home projects valued at 4 billion Baht. The sales target is set at 20 billion Baht, an increase of approximately 36% from 2017, with a revenue target of 15 billion Baht, representing a 67% increase from 2017.
