Mr. Natthawut Matayojan, Chief Executive Officer of Residential Business Development at Singha Estate Public Company Limited, revealed that after the company launched the luxury condominium project, The ESSE at Sukhumvit 36, in late 2017, in collaboration with Hongkong Land, a major Asian real estate firm, the project has continuously attracted interest from both Thai and international customers.

“This year, the company has planned to showcase the project at roadshows abroad throughout the year, starting with the first event in Hong Kong in March. The Hong Kong investor group is a key market interested in investing in Thai real estate, and we also have a customer base from our partner, Hongkong Land. The total sales from the two-day roadshow reached 200 million baht, bringing the total sales of the project to over 60%, with 20% of customers being foreigners. We aim to increase the proportion of international customers to 40%. Additionally, we expect to hold another roadshow in the third quarter of this year, primarily targeting countries in the Asian region,” Mr. Natthawut stated regarding the roadshow plans.

Singha Estate's previous condominium projects include The ESSE Asoke and The ESSE at Singha Complex, both of which have received positive responses from Thai customers and attracted interest from both large and small foreign investors, resulting in total sales of over 85% for both projects.

“The ESSE at Sukhumvit 36 is a luxury condominium project with 43 floors and 338 units, with prices starting at 12.3 million baht per unit. It is designed under the concept of 'A Harmony of Contrast,' blending Thai identity with modern living trends seamlessly. Construction began in the first quarter of 2018 and is expected to be completed by October 2020,” Mr. Natthawut concluded.
