To allow you to experience the delightful taste of Maine lobster, our chefs have prepared special dishes that blend French cuisine with various harmonious elements. Start with appetizers like lobster tartare and carpaccio served with lobster ice cream. For the main course, don’t miss the highlight: generous lobster served in the Surf n’ Turf style paired with black sausage and pineapple, or try the Japanese-inspired lobster sushi. Follow it up with half a lobster with aioli and pasta, lobster and foie gras ravioli, and whole lobster fricassee cooked in a special French style with cappuccino bisque and cacao powder.
