          Following the trend of “Space” or the cutting-edge design concept “Duo Space” that has created a buzz in the real estate industry, breaking the traditional living space norms with a ceiling height of 4.2 meters throughout the project, along with functions that truly meet the needs of the new generation.

          The phenomenon of customer response to the DUO SPACE design, featuring a 4.2-meter high ceiling in the flagship luxury brand KNIGHTSBRIDGE, has reinforced Origin's success as one of the top 5 developers favored by consumers. Therefore, Origin organized the event “Exclusive Talk: Human-Centered Architecture” to launch the Product Design & Development (PD) team, which will present the design perspective of “Duo Space” that not only boasts beautiful and outstanding design but also centers around the user. This event took place at the sales office of the “KnightsBridge SPACE Rama 9” project on Tuesday, March 20, and attracted a large number of attendees, especially from the architecture and interior design fields.

          The lecture was led by Mr. Somsak Saengsuwan, Chief Design Officer of Origin, who shared insights and project developments that reflect the unique identity or DNA of Origin, with a design focus on user-centricity to best reflect the identity of the residents (Human Centric Design: Design Your Space to Unlock Your Identity). The design of built-in furniture incorporates various functions to support daily living, drawing inspiration from LUX’S More from Japan, emphasizing space design that maximizes vertical space usage, practical functionality, and importantly, meets user needs, creating a positive experience for residents (Customer Experience).
