  • 'One Bangkok' (วัน แบงค็อก) has received approval for its Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) and is now ready to begin construction.
  • 'One Bangkok' (วัน แบงค็อก) will have a total Gross Floor Area of 8.3 million square meters, comprising office buildings, retail shops, hotels, residential spaces, art and cultural areas, as well as over 50 rai of green and open spaces.

Today, TCC Assets (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Frasers Property Limited held the ceremony to raise the first pillar for the 'One Bangkok' (วัน แบงค็อก) project, marking a significant first step in the construction of the largest comprehensive real estate project in Thailand, with an investment exceeding 120 billion baht. The project has passed the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) approval, with Mr. Charoen Sirivadhanabhakdi, Chairman of TCC Group and Frasers Property, and Dr. Jirayu Isarangkun Na Ayutthaya, Director of the Crown Property Bureau, presiding over the ceremony alongside senior executives, project stakeholders, and business partners.

"Additionally, the master plan for 'One Bangkok' (วัน แบงค็อก) has received the Best Futura Project award at the MIPIM Asia Summit, a leading real estate development conference held in Hong Kong in November 2017," Ms. Su Lin Soon added.

The 'One Bangkok' (วัน แบงค็อก) project is a joint venture between TCC Assets (Thailand) Co., Ltd. and Frasers Property, located on a 104-rai site at the prime intersection of Witthayu Road and Rama IV Road, effectively extending Lumpini Park. It is easily accessible by public transport and connects conveniently to the expressway. This is the largest private real estate development project ever undertaken in Thailand, with a total Gross Floor Area of 1.83 million square meters, comprising five Grade A premium office buildings built to LEED** and WELL*** standards, five luxury hotels catering to lifestyle needs, three ultra-luxury residential buildings, along with retail spaces and a cultural and arts activity center, including 50 rai of green and open spaces, featuring a wide walkway of over 40 meters lined with lush greenery, beautifully landscaped along Witthayu Road and Rama IV Road. Additionally, a 10,000 square meter area in the heart of 'One Bangkok' (วัน แบงค็อก) will be designated as a gathering space for everyone to enjoy activities and various exhibitions.

The 'One Bangkok' (วัน แบงค็อก) project has already commenced construction, with the first phase expected to open in 2022.
